2025 Jeep Gladiator Release Date

2025 Jeep Gladiator Release Date, Specs and More
The Gladiator has a unique body style that's unlike anything else you can buy. It's an off-road vehicle like the Wrangler but it comes with a 5.5-foot bed and has outstanding towing capability. Like the Wrangler, the Gladiator lets you remove the top and the doors, making it America's only open-air pickup. Jeep hasn't announced an official release date for the 2025 Gladiator but reports indicate it will happen in 2025. In the meantime, we have 2024 Jeep Gladiator pickups in stock right now. In anticipation of the 2025 Gladiator, here's what you can expect when they arrive at Don Miller Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat in Madison, WI.
What's new for 2025?
The Gladiator's manual transmission that was an available option in 2024 has been discontinued, leaving the eight-speed automatic as the only option. Power locks and power windows now come on the base trim and two new exterior paint colors will be introduced. A new Active Cabin Ventilation system will be made available and it will let you pre-heat or cool the interior of your Gladiator with a mobile app.

The engine and performance
The 2025 Jeep Gladiator will continue to be equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine, just like previous Gladiator pickups. Output will be the same 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The Gladiator gives you 19.4 more inches between the front and rear wheels than the Wrangler, which helps improve the ride and handling. Available off-road equipment includes rock-crawling axle ratios, durable skid plates and water-fording ability of up to 30 inches. Plenty of ground clearance and good approach-and-departure angles also help make the Gladiator a solid off-road pickup.
Towing and payload
The 2025 Jeep Gladiator maximum towing capacity will have 7700 pounds of towing capacity when it's equipped with the optional Max Tow package on Sport and Sport S models, just as in 2024. Without that package, Jeep Gladiator has a 4000-pound towing capacity, which is 500 pounds more than the Wrangler. The cargo bed can haul up to 1725 pounds of payload. The Gladiator reach 60 mph in 7.2 seconds and fuel economy will continue to be 17 MPG in the city and 22 MPG on the highway.

Interior highlights
The Gladiator has the same kind of upright dashboard as the Wrangler. It also has user-friendly controls that include a unique waterproof push-button start system. Available features include heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. The longer wheelbase in the Gladiator provides more legroom in the back than the Wrangler and the Gladiator has several good places to store a smartphone. The new Gladiator even lets you stow the seats to create more interior space.
Technology
The Gladiator comes with a big 12.3-inch touchscreen that's easily visible in all lighting conditions. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ smartphone connectivity is a standard feature. In addition, you can get an upgraded stereo system with a subwoofer and a portable wireless speaker behind the back seat. Passengers in the front seat will have several power points including two USB ports and an available 115-volt power outlet.
